Okbage Terms & Conditions — What You Should Know Before You Play

Welcome to Okbage.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the Okbage platform ("Okbage") and the user. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind.

By accessing the okbage platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply alongside Okbage's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Okbage reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — any changes will be communicated via your registered email or a notification on the platform.

To open an account on Okbage, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Only one account may be created per person, household, device, or IP address.
• You are opening this account for your own personal use — not on behalf of anyone else or for commercial purposes.
• Registration from any country or region where Okbage is prohibited is not permitted.

Okbage may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is fully completed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@okbage.com immediately.

The following rules apply to all betting on okbage. Every user is required to comply with these rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Okbage reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Okbage reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Okbage offers services across Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and e-sports. Each section may have its own specific rules, which will be detailed on the relevant page.

Okbage supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods including Mobile Pay and Nagad. Payment terms:

• The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the platform and is subject to change.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Okbage platform:

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using money from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards other users.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting odds vulnerabilities.

Okbage may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Upon court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• When the user voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

Okbage believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly. Our responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.
• Session Limits: Exceeding the set session duration will trigger an automatic logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

Any disputes or complaints can be resolved by following the steps below:

• Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, you may escalate to the Senior Review Team.
• Step Three: If no resolution is reached between both parties, independent mediation will be sought.

Any dispute regarding bet outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the event ending. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. In all disputes, okbage's database records will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.

Okbage reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Prior to significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or displayed on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after receiving a notification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request account closure.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. In the event of a conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these Terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.
